盲 人
他能嗅出
男人還是女人
一雙手
往哪里伸
己輕車熟路
每次都能摸到
該按的穴位
讓人懷疑
遇到了一個色盲
A Blind Man
He can sniff out
A woman from a man
A pair of hands
Where to reach
Maneuver with ease
Every time he manages to touch
The supposed acupoint
Making people doubt
He is color-blind

早 市
比太陽起的還早
更早的是一些鄉下人
把疲憊的身子
從公雞的打鳴聲里
拽出來
蓬頭垢面地趕來
讓紅棗、葡萄、蘋果
擺到最好的攤位
今日國慶
他們慶祝的方式
就是比往常
起得更早
Morning Market
Earlier than the sunrise
Much earlier, some countrymen
Of exhausted bodies
From the cock crowing
Dragged out
Rushing over with scraggly hair and dirty faces
To set red dates, grapes, and apples
On the best stalls
Today is National Day
The way they celebrate
Is to get up earlier
Than usual

畢業照
我們已經老了
他們還擠在一張鏡框里
憧憬著、幻想著
做著各自的夢
我從左到右，從右到左
看了幾遍
找不見自已
Graduation Photo
We're old already
They are still squished in a frame
Aspiring, fantasizing
Making their own dreams
From left to right, right to left
I look a few times
Failing to find myself

黑白照
還是個孩子，撲哧一下
就要笑出聲來，他看著我
我看著他，我們之間
好像隔著一條無法跨越的河
也許曾經見過，還可能這輩子注定
無緣相遇
Black-and-white Photo
He's just a kid, snorting a laughter
He looks at me
I look at him, between us
There seems to be a river impossible to cross over
Maybe we've seen each other before, maybe it's destined
No chance for us to meet again this life

秋 風
貓著腰，一頭大汗
像一個報喪的人
蹬著一輛破舊的自行車
鈴聲滾過黃昏
一個壞消息
弄碎一地月光
Autumn wind
Crouching, a headful of sweat
Like a messenger of death
Riding a beat-up bike
The jingles rolling through dusk
A bad news
Breaks the moonlight in pieces


光 棍
一桿槍
瞄來瞄去
卻不見一只獵物
子彈早己上膛
隨時都可能
走火
穿膛而過
把自己撂倒
A Single Man
A gun
Aiming around
But no prey found
Bullets loaded already
Anytime
It might misfire
Shooting through his chest
To knock himself down

軍 裝
脫下這身軍裝
它的根卻在身體里
發芽，又長出一身
衣袋里，鼓囊囊的裝滿
沖鋒的號角
Military Uniform
Though taken off this military uniform
Its roots still in the body
Sprouting, another full suit grows
The pockets are bulging with
Bugle calls

槐花溝
一串串珍珠
墜在五月的枝頭
風一個勁地
把影子往記憶深處吹
一根竹竿
勾不住
饑餓的童年
Sophorae Ditch
Strings of pearls
Hanging on branches of May
Wind, with all its might
Blows shadows into memory deep
A bamboo rod
Fails to hook on
The hungry childhood
