為繁榮世界詩歌創(chuàng)作，推動(dòng)中國詩歌的國際化進(jìn)程，由博鰲國際詩歌節(jié)發(fā)起，聯(lián)合11家國內(nèi)外詩歌機(jī)構(gòu)，決定共同主辦第三屆“博鰲國際詩歌獎(jiǎng)”評(píng)選活動(dòng)。現(xiàn)將具體評(píng)選事項(xiàng)公告如下：

一、評(píng)選時(shí)間：

1、2020年5月15日開始征稿，8月15日截止；

2、2020年8月20日公布初選入圍名單；

3、2020年9月公布獲獎(jiǎng)名單。

二、征稿辦法：

1、主辦單位推薦；

2、組委會(huì)成員推薦；

3、作者自薦（杰出成就獎(jiǎng)除外）；

4、推薦、自薦請?zhí)峁┳髡?019-2020年度創(chuàng)作的詩歌作品10首，外國作者的作品請?zhí)峁┩馕摹⒅形膶?duì)照。推薦、自薦年度詩集獎(jiǎng)的，需提供詩集6本。作品請發(fā)至郵箱：syhn2018@163.com，詩集請寄至：海南省澄邁縣大豐鎮(zhèn)歐洲風(fēng)情小鎮(zhèn)榮德莊園韓慶成收，電話：13305510766。

三、獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置：

1、杰出成就獎(jiǎng)2名。評(píng)選對(duì)象為世界各國詩壇杰出代表，為本國詩歌、世界詩歌發(fā)展做出過重要貢獻(xiàn)的詩人；

2、年度詩人獎(jiǎng)6名。評(píng)選對(duì)象為當(dāng)代世界各國實(shí)力詩人，在2019-2020年度創(chuàng)作出能夠代表本國詩歌最新成果的作品；

3、年度詩集獎(jiǎng)6名。評(píng)選對(duì)象為世界各國2019-2020年度獨(dú)立出版，能夠代表本國詩歌成就的個(gè)人詩集；

4、年度新銳獎(jiǎng)3名。評(píng)選對(duì)象為世界各國在2019-2020年度嶄露創(chuàng)作鋒芒的青年詩人（1981年1月1日以后出生）；

5、由第三屆博鰲國際詩歌獎(jiǎng)評(píng)委會(huì)以投票方式評(píng)出各獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)撸u(píng)委名單與獲獎(jiǎng)名單同時(shí)公布。

四、頒獎(jiǎng)典禮：

根據(jù)新冠疫情進(jìn)展情況，2020年9月后的適當(dāng)時(shí)間，在博鰲亞洲論壇國際會(huì)議中心隆重舉行頒獎(jiǎng)典禮，邀請獲獎(jiǎng)詩人和國內(nèi)外著名詩人、批評(píng)家、翻譯家出席。

五、獎(jiǎng)品設(shè)置：

1、為全體獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)哳C發(fā)獎(jiǎng)杯和證書；

2、由澳大利亞先驅(qū)出版社為獲獎(jiǎng)詩人出版一部多語種詩歌合集，并在世界發(fā)行。

Selection Announcement of the Third

"Boao International Poetry Award"

In order to promote the prosperity of world poetry creation and promote the internationalization of Chinese poetry, Boao international poetry festival, led by 11 domestic and foreign poetry institutions, decided to co-host the third "Boao international poetry award" competition. The specific selection matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Selection time:

1. Start soliciting papers on May 15th, 2020, and close on August 15th,;

2. Announce the shortlist of the primary election on August 20th,2020;

3. Winners will be announced on September, 2020.

II. Method of soliciting contributions:

1. Recommendation of the sponsor;

2. Recommendation from members of the organizing committee;

3. Author's recommendation (except Outstanding Achievement Award);

Please provide 10 poems written by the author in 2019-2020, and foreign authors' works in both Chinese and foreign languages. If you recommend or recommend yourself for the prize of annual poetry anthology, you should provide 6 books of poetry anthology. III. Awards:

1. Two Outstanding Achievement Awards. The selected poets are outstanding representatives of the world poetry, who have made important contributions to the development of their own poetry and world poetry.

2. Six Poets of the Year. The selection of contemporary world powerful poets, can represent the latest achievements of their poetry works in 2019-2020;

3. Six Prizes of Annual Poetry Anthology. The selection is for individual collections of poetry published independently in 2019-2020 in countries around the world that can represent their own countries poetic achievements.

4. Three New Poets of the Year. The selection is made up of young poets from all over the world who have demonstrated their creative edge in 2019-2020. (Born after January 1st, 1981)

5. The third Boao International Poetry Award Committee will vote out the winners of each award, and the list of judges and winners will be announced at the same time.

Ⅳ. Award ceremony:

According to the progress of the new coronal disease and the arrangement of relevant meetings of the boao forum for Asia, the awarding ceremony will be held at the international conference center of the boao forum for Asia at an appropriate time after September 2020.

Ⅴ. Prizes:

1. Award trophies and certificates will be given to all winners;

2. The Australian Pioneer Publishing House will publish poems anthology in multiple languages, for each award-winning poets and distributed around the world. Award-winning poets and famous poets, critics and translators at home and abroad will be invited to attend.
