第一次面對這么多說英語國家詩人讀英語詩，一開始真有點難為情，不過很快就適應了呀！

老外搞詩歌活動和大陸有很大不同，與會詩人參與感和互動性很強，在場的每位詩人甚至是讀者都有機會上臺讀詩。而且他們不用PPT和配樂，徹底展現了詩人自己讀詩的魅力。大多數詩人都用自己的母語和英語讀了自己的詩。我也不例外，我讀了2首詩，一首是朋朋博士的詩yes i come to you“是的，我來了”，一首是我自己的英語十四行詩Tuberose“晚香玉”。

由于視頻制作有個過程，先將我的讀詩片段給大家看看呀！希望大家繼續鼓勵支持我讀詩，寫詩，翻譯詩呀！

I was a bit embarrassing to read English poems to such many English-speaking poets for the first time, but I got used to it quickly.

There is a big difference between foreign poets and poets of mainland China on poetry activities. The participating poets have a strong sense of participation and interaction, and every poet present and even readers have the opportunity to read poems on the stage. Moreover, they do not use PPT and music, which totally showed the poet's own poetry reading charm. Most poets read their poems in their native language and English. I am no exception. I read two poems, one“yes i come to you” by DOC PENPEN and one“Tuberose”,an English sonnet by me.

Due to the limited production speed of video, I will first show my reading clip to you! I wish you can continue to encourage me to read, write and translate poems.

蘇菲（Sophy Chen），本名陳麗華，中國當代女詩人、翻譯家。出生于陜西漢中略陽縣；畢業于西安外國語大學英文學院。美國英語“傳奇詩人”。 “蘇菲詩歌&翻譯網”、“蘇菲詩歌&翻譯”(英漢雙語）國際雜志社、“蘇菲國際翻譯出版社”創建人。“蘇菲英語講壇”創辦者兼主講人。 1989年，開始漢語詩歌寫作、2004年開始英語詩歌寫作、2005年開始英漢雙語詩歌翻譯。獲2012年度“國際最佳翻譯家獎”（評選語言英漢雙語）。“中國當代詩歌獎”（2013—2014）翻譯獎（評選語言英漢雙語）。獲2018年 PENTASI B 世界精神詩人獎和世界杰出詩人獎（評選語言英語）。翻譯出版英譯詩歌集六部：《花動搖》、《藏香》、《生之瞭望》、《異調》、《胴體向前》、《白娘子詩傳》。英語詩歌原創集，“蘇菲英語十四行詩”《晚香玉》，僅僅8首詩，電子書在美國亞馬遜英語圖書網出版。

Translator Sophy Chen

Sophy Chen, her name, Lihua and family name, Chen, born in Lueyang, Hanzhong, Shannxi Provinve, China, is the Chinese contemporary poetess, translator, and American English “Legendary Poet”. She is the founder of “Sophy Poetry & Translation Website”, “Sophy Poetry & Translation” International Magazine and “Sophy International Translation Publishing House” and the founder and leading lecturer of “Sophy English Forum”. She graduated from English Institute of Xian Foreign Studies University in English Literature. She began to write Chinese poetry in 1989 and English poetry in 2004, and she began to translate Chinese Poetry into English poetry and English poetry into Chinese poetry in 2005. She won the annual “International Best Translator” Award 2012(C-E)and the Chinese Contemporary Poetry (2013-2014) Translation Award(C-E). PENTASI B WORLD INSPIRATIONAL POET 2018 and World Featured Poet 2018(E-E). She translated and published six Chinese poetry collections into English, The Flower Swaying (2014) , The Tibetan Incense(2014), The Outlook of Life (2014), The Different Tunes (2014), The Body Forward (2015), and A Poetry Biography for White Snake (2015), etc. Her English original poetry collection, Sophy English Sonnets, Tuberose, only 8 poems, published in Amazon in E-book.
