《詩殿堂》 詩刊征稿啟事

即日起，《詩殿堂》漢英雙語詩刊第二期向社會各界征稿。《詩殿堂》第二期詩刊以會員為主，非會員為輔。有意入會者，只需在投稿時附上“我愿意參加華詩會”字樣以及個人真實姓名即可（請按左邊“華詩會入會邀請啟事”按鈕閱讀詳情）。合格詩文即入刊發表。

征稿啟事如下：

1.  《詩殿堂》刊登高端詩作，注重思想內涵及藝術形式俱佳、真情實感的詩作，包括現當代詩、古體詩，以及近體詩， 論詩探美的優秀文章等均在選稿之列。

2.  《詩殿堂》面向世界，以北美及兩岸三地華人及歐美讀者為主。稿件一經錄用，將以紙書和電子書形式在美國亞馬遜等網上書城及實體書店、圖書館等地發行。優秀詩文將在本刊網頁上專欄推廣。

3.   本刊欄目：

1)     新詩苑：刊登各類新詩，尤其是二十行內的短詩。

2)     古風堂：刊登今人所寫的中國古體詩和近體詩。

3)     詩人介紹：重點介紹一位詩人，附該詩人的作品若干。

4)     詩論臺：刊登創作體會、詩論詩評（一千五百字以內為宜），詩歌理論以及少量美學論述（兩千五百字以內為宜）。

4.  注意事項

1)     請不要一稿多投。投稿本刊的作品，文責投稿者自負。

2)     投稿不超過十首，錄用最多四首；詩論詩評以一篇為限。

3)     來稿請用Microsoft Word格式。

4)     來稿可自附稿件的英譯版（本刊保留修改權），亦可單投中文版（由本刊負責翻譯）。

5)     鼓勵作者附120字以內的個人簡介。

6)     審稿期為三周，其他類別的作品審稿期一個月左右。逾期未接到錄用通知，作者可自行處理所投稿件。

7)     《詩殿堂》第二期以會員為主，非會員為輔，故入會會員的稿件享有優先被審、同質先用的權利。 請參閱“華人詩學會章程”（poetryh.com）“第二章：會員權利和義務”獲取更多信息。

5.  聲明

1)     本刊主要為社會各界，尤其是北美及兩岸三地華人提供優秀作品的發表平臺，不提供稿酬。

2)     投稿本刊，即表示授予本刊發表權，并同意本刊征文所述各項條款。

3)     由本刊翻譯的英文版版權屬于本刊，轉載需注明下列字樣：“原載《詩殿堂》X年X月X日第X期”。

華詩會入會邀請

“華人詩學會”，簡稱“華詩會”，注冊于美國芝加哥。本會以學習、研究、交流詩學為動力，以弘揚中國詩文化為己任，以紙質詩刊《詩殿堂》和紙質詩集為媒介，用漢英雙語向世界推介今人所寫的包括現當代詩、古體詩，以及近體詩在內的中國詩為宗旨。現誠摯邀請世界各地（尤其是美國、加拿大、中國）的華語詩人、詩愛好者、詩評家、漢英翻譯家入會。本會屬于非營利性組織，不收會費。凡年滿18周歲以上不論國籍為何身在何方者，只要同意本會章程，填寫入會申請表格，都可以申請入會。華詩會嚴格保護會員所提供的個人信息。

創刊詞 　　網絡的出現，便利了文字在虛擬世界的即時發表；文字得以在虛擬世界即時發表，又催生了詩文詞賦的蓬勃復興；詩文詞賦的蓬勃復興，又反過來觸發了大量紙質詩刊的誕生。但是，與此形成鮮明對比的是，海外華人世界的詩人雖然不乏其人，而紙質詩刊卻難以尋覓。值此，有一個自己的詩作發表平臺，是海外華人時不可待、迫在眉睫的事。為此，我們創立了這份詩刊。 　　《詩殿堂》，是一份非營利性詩刊，她旨在為全球華人，尤其是海外華人提供一個發表優秀高端詩作的平臺；《詩殿堂》，是一份漢詩英譯的漢英雙語雜志，她旨在用漢英雙語向全球華語世界以及西語世界推介優秀高端的華語詩作。《詩殿堂》的選稿原則是，擇優錄用；《詩殿堂》的辦刊特色是，漢詩英譯、漢英雙語同步登載。《詩殿堂》的理念是：詩為心聲。我們推崇發自肺腑，言之有物，形象生動，意境深遠的詩文。 　　中國詩史源遠流長，自首部詩書《詩經》面世以來，已有兩千五百年左右的歷史。這其間，星移斗轉，詩的形式發生了諸多變化，主要有自由隨性的古體詩，格律嚴謹的近體詩，以及由現代漢語觸發的現代詩。為多面呈現中國的詩文化，本刊以新創作的現當代詩為主，新創作的古體詩和近體詩為輔，接受任何形式、任何流派的語言清新、內容積極的優秀、高端作品。 梅香浸苦寒， 鋒利出磨礪。 筆落驚風雨， 詩成泣鬼神。 讓我們牢記這些古訓，共同努力，辦出一份名副其實的好詩刊。 　　　　　　　　　　《詩殿堂》2018年9月1日

Preface to the Debut Issue        The invention of the internet has facilitated instant online posting. This has catalyzed the revival of poetry writing, which has furthermore revitalized the rapid emergence of poetry magazines. As a contrast, however, overseas Chinese overall are still dormant to this new burgeoning, although there is no lack of poets among them. Therefore, it’s a demand of time for them to set up a platform of their own to publish their poems. Hence this poetry journal.          Poetry Hall is a none-profitable journal that aims at providing a platform for all Chinese, especially for all overseas Chinese, to publish their well or excellently written poems; Poetry Hall is a Chinese and English bilingual journal that aims at introducing well or excellently written Chinese poetry, in both Chinese and English, to the Chinese language world and to the English language world. Our criterion for selecting contribution is quality; our specialty is bilingual, using both Chinese and English to publish poems. Our philosophy is: Poetry is the voice from the heart. Therefore, we advocate poetry that comes from the bottom of poets’ hearts, that is rich in substance, and that conjures up vivid images and suggests cherished artistic conception.            China has a long history of poetry writing. It has been about two thousand five hundred years since its first poetry book The Book of Songs came out. During this period, just like stars never stay still, the Chinese poetic forms have undergone some changes, from the free tonal-patterned classical poetry, to the strictly tonal-patterned classical poetry, and finally to the modern-Chinese-language-engendered modern poetry. To present multifaceted perspectives of Chinese poetic culture, Poetry Hall accepts the contribution of all well and excellently written poems that are fresh in language and active in content, regardless of their forms and genres, with the focus on newly written modern or contemporary Chinese poems, along with newly created free tonal-patterned and strictly tonal-patterned classical poems.                                               Plum blossoms emit scent in cold weather;                                               A sword sharpened through repeated stoning.                                               A good wording conjures up wind and rain,                                               A great poem moves gods and immortals.        Let’s translate into practice these ancient Chinese poetic maxims and strive together, to make the journal worthy its name.                                                                       Poetry Hall, September 1, 2018
